Faction Rules

Overview

These are the official Robblestone Faction rules. We may reserve the right to update this at any moment, and once we do we will announce it on our discord. Not knowing the rules, or not knowing the rules have been updated will not be a valid excuse for a punishment. If you have any questions open a support ticket on our discord.

When you report a player or staff please provide clear and conclusive evidence, these include but are not limited to, photos, screenshots, video clips, faction logs, and chat logs. Please be respectful with our staff and patient with our staff, we are a small support team trying to do bigger things, and we may take a while to respond. The average wait time during the day is 30 minutes and at night 120 minutes. These may be longer or shorter; it depends on the time zone as well.

Please know that we may ask you to broadcast your screen at any moment, this is not to find out where you are but to confirm a suspicion we may have over you. We also reserve the right to teleport to you at any time during the day, this will not be to leak your cords or anything, but to check up on the community, we majorly do this in vanish so you may not see us. You do not need to screen share if you play on Consoles

Payout Info

By accepting the payouts on the network you will need to agree to the following terms of use and service. You may not take any legal action against any Robblestone Staff Member, or the Owners and Managers. You also accept that you can be disqualified from the payout at any time with adjusted reasoning. When applying for PayPal payouts you will need to understand that the Payouts are in United States Dollars and are converted to your currency, 100 Dollars in USD is different from 100 Quid in British Currency. When trying to get Paypal payouts the money will go to the Faction owner and be managed by the owner of the faction, we are not responsible for the money after it has been properly sent to the faction owner, and proof of the transaction will be posted into our discord server to prove that we have sent the money over properly. If you do not have PayPal you will receive donation credit on the servers

Faction Striking

Our faction striking is punishment wise, every 1-3 punishments you will be given a strike, this will depend on the severity of the situation and the number of warnings you receive. Faction value means stuff like Spawners, kits, and blocks will be taken instantly on deduction until you are around the percentage removed.

Strike 1: 15% Faction Value Deduction

Strike 2: 25% Faction Value Deduction

Strike 3: 35% Faction Value Deduction

Strike 4: 45% Faction Value Deduction

Strike 5: 60% Faction Value Deduction

The value of strikes is added up so if you get 2 strikes a total of 35% will be removed, all strikes are cleared at the end of a SEASON, but are carried over in resets. If you believe a strike is unjust by any means, you can contact the Head of Management or the Head of Administration for help. 

Cheating And Glitching

Cheating, glitching, abusing bugs, or using external clients/devices to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed, and can result in up to a Permanent ban depending on the severity of the situation. A list of unfair mods is described below.

Grace Period (SOTW)

During a grace period, raiding, over-claiming, claiming outside a base, claiming an unclaimed base, and entering/setting a home in a claimed or unclaimed base are not permitted.

Offense 1: 1-day ban + Faction Strike

Offense 2: 1-week ban + 2 Faction Strikes

Trading
Doing trades for IRL Currency such as (PayPal, Website, Cash APP, Gift Cards, or Venmo) is prohibited and will lead to a punishment. This is due to security reasons, and to prevent legal issues in the future. If you do this even though it is against the Server's Terms the seller's account will be banned and possibly seek out by legal teams. If you do buy something from these so on so "black markets" it is 100% against Minecraft's TOS, our TOS, and Rules, and we provide no Seller Protection.

Faction Naming/Limits

Factions may create toxic names, but they have to be appropriately named, no racism/sexism/homophobia/slurs/hate speech will be tolerated. There is a 10-man faction limit on the server, please do not go larger than that. This includes alternate accounts!

Home Rules

Setting a home in a base that has been insided/raided unfairly is not allowed. If a base has been made at your home, do not raid it and open a support ticket so we can resolve the issue.

Hiding Value

Hiding F Top Value is prohibited on Robblestone Factions. A spawner can be mined and moved within faction claims but may not be removed entirely from the base (Placing the spawners in containers, PVS, ecs, etc., counts as withdrawing from the base). You must place the spawners back down in the base within 2 hours of mining them. This rule is subject to admin discretion meaning players who attempt to purposefully bypass this rule will be punished. Mining your value when being raided is a big no no, you cannot mine your value after a cannon is shooting at your base. Constantly picking up value multiple times and moving it to another location is not allowed on Robblestone Factions, and will be counted as hiding factions.

Unclaimed base limits

You may have an unclaimed base that can store crop farms and some kits, but the value of spawners and other F-TOP values are required to be placed into a claim, this is to provide more competition to the game mode, and bring enjoyability

Offense 1: 3 Day Ban + 2 Strikes

Offense 2: 1 Week Ban + 4 Strike

Insiding

Insiding on Robblestone is at the moment prohibited, this means once you are about to leave or get kicked from a faction, you cannot take Spawners that the faction owns. You must also unset any homes, unset any friends who have homes there, and not leak cords, or come raid the base for 3 days after you leave/get kicked from the faction.

When you join a faction, you oblige to know that the ownership of any spawners you place down inside of the Factions Claims are instantly transferred to the Faction owner and you may not take them back to yourself.

Raiding

You may 100% raid bases on the server, but the way you raid might be not allowed, you may build cannons, and break into bases, but you may not use withers to break in, get teleported into the base by someone who is insided, or is on the team, or glitch into the base. You cannot use cannons when you have a factions shield activated. No using the nether to raid/enter bases unless a portal is already built in the base. No multi Cannon Raiding. No building a cannon to raid a base while another team is raiding.

Counter Raiding

You cannot patch walls with gen buckets while being raided unless the raid is unfair and breaking a rule, you cannot pick up value until 10mins after the last tnt was shot.

Cannoning/Explosives

Cannons are 100% allowed, with some limitations. No constant autocannons that are on a loop. No cannons that break a wall in less than 3 seconds. No raiding with creeper eggs through a watered floor/wall of a base's defenses. No raiding at all through the roof of a base. You cannot use cannons to break into the top of the base or the bottom of the base! No left shooters in raiding. No raiding through corners of a base.

Unraidable Bases

Please do not build bases out of any material other than sand, cobblestone, or obsidian. Please also do not water log/put water over any valuables inside you're base such as spawners. There is a 20-chunk buffer limit, meaning that you can only have 20 claims outside the main base that is for defenses! You cannot have your spawners in a box covered by water that will flow in on explosion on the outside of a box.

Offense 1: Wall/Base Changed + Warning (spawners and valuables water logged if the base is raided will be given to the raiding team)

Offense 2: Wall/Base Changed + Faction Strike

Extra Base Rules

There is a max of a 20-chunk buffer where defenses can be placed down. There is also an 8x8 core chunk limit to any base.

Corner Camping

You are not allowed to just claim a corner and not have anything there, a base must start being built within 5 hours of a corner claim.

Faction Merging

You may not merge factions at the end of the season to gain an unfair advantage.

Leaving Combat

On Robblestone Factions, leaving combat is a weak and unskilled move, so we put limitations on what you can leave combat for and how you can leave combat. You cannot leave the game, spam pearl away, use claims to fly away, or elytra/trident away in combat. You may also not claim land, or use claimed land by hiding in it to get away from a fight. We allow leaving fights with a elytra's/trident when it becomes a super unfair fight such as a 3v1. So you can leave a fight when it's a 3v1 up but you still do not use claims. (CHANGING SOON BEFORE MAP!)

Offenses 1-3: /kill

Offense 4+: 6 hour ban + Kill + Strike

Chat Rules

You can be toxic on Robblestone Factions, but be careful about what exactly you say. Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, or other Hate Speech are Prohibited on the server. You also may not Spam the chat, Self advertise, Talk about other faction servers, Trash talk new players asking for help, or use too much profanity (a little is a-ok!).

Other unfair advantages

Any of these unfair advantages can end in a 1 - 60 day ban. With permanent bans being given out for worse clients.

Replay mod is allowed on this server.

Rules are subject to common sense, do not abuse loop holes, or obvious things that should be in the rules that are not in the rules.
